Sunshine Club
Occupational Therapist and founder of SoCal Lymphatics Dana Katz will speak to the Sunshine Club on Friday, Feb. 27, in Clubhouse 3, Room 2, at 10 a.m.
She will provide an informative talk about why swelling occurs and ways to reduce it in the arms, legs or other areas to improve circulation, decrease pain, and improve mobility.
This educational presentation is beneficial for all residents
LA Times columnist to speak March 5
SENIORS FOR PEACE
Seniors for Peace will meet on Thursday, March 5, at 2 p.m., in Clubhouse 4. Note the location has changed to accommodate a larger attendance. This month’s guest speaker is award-winning author and Los Angeles Times columnist Gustavo Arellano, who will present his own point of view on immigration.

The Golden Age Foundation (GAF) is looking for a recording secretary who can spend 3-4 hours per month in a volunteer position. The position requires secretarial skills and the ability to attend the monthly board meeting and prepare the minutes.
