Tickets for GRF’s popular Mother’s Day brunch go on sale March 30

The GRF Recreation Department will hold a special brunch to honor Leisure World mothers on Saturday, May 9, in Clubhouse 4 at 11 a.m. This is always a huge success, and tickets are expected to sell out, so now is the time to drop hints to family members who would like to treat mom, as this has turned into a family event. The event is sponsored by OsteoStrong Seal Beach and Alignment Health.

An elegant repast catered by Country Garden Caterers includes a quiche lorraine, strawberry crepes, fresh fruit and pastry platters, along with fresh floral centerpieces that will be given away.

Moms and guests will be serenaded by acoustic guitarist DD James, who will play smooth classics from the ‘50s-‘80s. Mothers may want to treat their daughters too, and the whole family is welcome.
