Sunshine Club

Dr. Armin Arshi from UCI Health in Los Alamitos will speak on orthopedic joint replacements at the Sunshine Club’s meeting on Friday, March 13, in Clubhouse 3, Room 2, at 10 a.m.

Arshi will explain the anatomy of the knee and hip, types of damage, and surgical and non-surgical repair options. Arshi did his surgical residency at UCLA Medical Center and his fellowship at the Rothman Orthopaedic Institute in Philadelphia before serving as an assistant professor at NYU Langone Health in New York. At Langone Health, he trained surgery residents and fellows in modern arthroplasty technique. He is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and specializes in joint replacement and reconstruction.
