The Seal Beach Lions Club will distribute produce boxes on Thursday, Feb. 26, at Clubhouse 6 from 10 a.m.-noon. This program provides 12-pound boxes of fresh fruit and vegetables for $10 in cash. Due to the success of last month’s program, the SB Lion’s Club has increased the order of produce boxes. People are encouraged to come early, as supplies are limited. GRF ID is required. In response to resident requests, people can now purchase up to two boxes per GRF card.

The Produce Box Program is held once a month on the fourth Thursday. Box contents vary based to what is fresh and in season.

LWers can pick up a 12-pound produce box for $10.
