Where We Live Club

The Where We Live Club recently held a meeting with Executive Director David Norvell. During the discussion, he demonstrated a detailed understanding of the financial and operational challenges facing Leisure World and spoke about the need for stronger fiscal discipline, clearer communication, and improved customer service for shareholders. He outlined a practical, accountability-focused approach to operations and emphasized that rebuilding trust requires transparency, consistency, and measurable follow-through.

The club is currently seeking shareholders with experience in business, finance, management, or organizational leadership who are willing to ask thoughtful questions, support accountable governance, and represent the community with integrity.

The club offers guidance and financial support for prospective candidates. The club also seeks volunteers to distribute flyers in even-numbered Mutuals encouraging shareholders to run for the Board. For nomination information or to volunteer, email whereweliveclub@gmail.com.
