Community Karaoke
Everyone sounded great at the Sept. 17 karaoke party. Martha Destra sang a beautiful love song.
With his strong delivery, Ren Villaneauva did a gospel favorite. The bubbly personality of Nina Totorov entertained with “Bossa Nova.” Vinny Correnti and Erika Greenwood had fun with a duet.
Bruce and Flo Lee stirred up the audience with “Rhinestone Cowboy.” With a prediction, Dorothy Ferrington sang “September in the Rain.” Thirty-five confident folks took the mic to entertain a rapt audience.
Tasty eggrolls donated by a fan were enjoyed during the evening. Everyone is welcome to join Wednesday night karaoke parties from 5:30-9:30 in Clubhouse 1.
Monday afternoon practice sessions help folks find their key range, select a rendition or just to try karaoke singing for the first time.
