A first look at the newly remodeled Stock Transfer Office

GRF OFFICE REMODEL UPDATE

The Stock Transfer Office remodel is going smoothly and is expected to fully reopen in early October. Staff from Service Maintenance, Physical Property and IT are currently putting finishing touches on the office and setting up employee computers.

The new office features a dedicated reception area with additional seating, a conference room and a secure employee work area, as well as modern finishes.

Stock Transfer is part of Mutual Administration and maintains records of all stock ownership for the Mutual corporations and membership records for the GRF. It also processes forms to add or delete names from Mutual stock certificates. All escrows for stock sales are processed through this office.

Until the office officially opens, people can access Stock Transfer services at the Client Services desk located in the same building. To get there, walk to the northeast end of the Administration Building and enter the door marked “Reception.”

Realtor passes, caregiver passes and GRF ID cards are available in the upstairs reception area of the Administration Building.
