Japanese American Club

The Japanese American Club of Leisure World will host a hamburger and hot dog barbecque with watermelon and ice cream on Friday, Aug. 15 at 11:30 a.m. in the picnic area by Clubhouse 1. The cost of the picnic is $15 for both members and nonmembers.

The club will host a white elephant sale as a fundraiser for the club during the meeting. Donations will be appreciated for the sale and should be dropped off by 10:30 a.m.

Entertainment will be provided by Sweet Water Vibes, guitarist, singer-songwriter Nina DeRosa. There will also be group singing and obon dancing.
