General ledger now available on CINC portal

Many residents have asked to view the GRF Monthly General Ledger—and I have good news. A redacted version is now available on the CINC portal, January through May.

The general ledger is a comprehensive record of all financial transactions within the GRF. It provides a detailed view of the association’s financial activity and enables sound financial management. Redacted means that sensitive information—such as names and account numbers—has been removed to protect privacy. To view the general ledger, you must be signed into the CINC portal. This is transparency.

Cybersecurity is a growing concern for everyone, including our community. GRF has recently experienced attempted cyberattacks.

In response, we have taken proactive steps to strengthen our systems and protect sensitive information. Keeping our data safe is a top priority, and we will continue to stay vigilant.
