Congregation Sholom

Congregation Sholom will hold services via Zoom with Rabbi Mike Mymon on Friday, Feb. 21, at 6:30 p.m. Mymon will also lead the hybrid service on Saturday, Feb. 22 in Clubhouse 3, Room 9, and Zoom at 10 a.m.

Saturday’s Torah reading will be Misahpatim from Exodus. Mishpatim (Laws) recounts a series of God’s laws that Moses gives to the Israelites. These include laws about treatment of slaves, damages, loans, returning lost property, the Sabbath, the sabbatical year, holidays, and destroying idolatry. The portion ends as Moses ascends Mount Sinai for 40 days.
