Join the weekend revival Oct. 9-11 with guest pastor Rev. Lee Dong-Won
LEISURE WORLD KOREAN COMMUNITY CHURCH
Leisure World Korean Community Church (LWKCC), led by Senior Pastor Jang Young-Yong, took time to thank God for the successful conclusion of various ministries conducted throughout the year on Sept. 27 with its annual outdoor service in the Clubhouse 1 picnic area. The church will have a revival meeting to reignite the passion of its congregants’ faith at 14000 Church Place with guest speaker Rev. Lee Dong-won, who will preach a series titled “Trust Only in Christ, the Sovereign Lord.” The series will be held on Oct. 9 at 6 a.m., Oct. 10 at 6 a.m. and 6 p.m, and Oct. 11 at 11:20 a.m.
Hardships and anxieties may arise in life, but God alone is the one who reigns over all things. LWKCC hopes that through this revival, believers’ faith will be rekindled and strengthened, to become believers who look to the Lord rather than to worldly circumstances, trusting him more deeply.
LWKCC will hold a fourweek training course on “Spiritual Gifts,” led by Pastor Yong, every Tuesday at 6 p.m. at 14000 Church Place. This course aims to foster spiritual maturity and help members discover and use the gifts God has bestowed upon them. LWKCC holds worship every Sunday at 11:30 a.m. at 14000 Church Place. The early morning prayer meeting is from Tuesday-Saturday at 6 a.m. For more information, call 714323-0897 or email yongjang10@gmail.com.
