Meals on Wheels of Long Beach, Inc., delivers fresh meals for $11.50 per day Monday-Friday, between 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Deliveries include an 8-ounce carton of 1% milk. Menu subject to change. Thursday, Sept. 3:
Chicken enchilada casserole with red sauce, black beans, zucchini, pudding, ham and cheese sandwich with lettuce, tomato and pickle, and tomato and cucumber salad.

Polish sausage with sauerkraut, potato wedges, peas and onions, watermelon, Greek chicken salad with tomato, olives, cucumber, feta cheese and vinaigrette.
Monday, Sept. 7:
No service. Closed in observance of Labor Day.
Tuesday, Sept. 8:
Vegetable frittata, seasoned corn, green beans, cake, chicken salad sandwich with spinach and tomato, and three bean salad.
Wednesday, Sept. 9:
Caribbean jerk baked chicken breast, white rice, steamed cabbage, carrots, pineapple and mango, garden salad with chicken, garbanzo beans, red onions, celery, diced tomatoes, Italian dressing and crackers.
