Original Medicare patients who aren’t ….

Original Medicare patients who aren’t Medicare Advantage patients can also get their flu shots with no copay.

Medicare Advantage patients must have an insurance card with Optum on it to take advantage of the clinic. If their card doesn’t list Optum, patients should call their primary care doctor to find out where else they can get a flu shot.

People who want to participate in the Optum flu shot clinic should bring a picture ID and their insurance card. Wear a short-sleeve or sleeveless shirt.

Those experiencing fever, cough or shortness of breath before their appointment should call Optum at 562-493-9581, TTY 711.
