Cribbage Club

The Cribbage Club meets every Tuesday at noon in Clubhouse 1. Refreshments are served from noon-12:15 and anyone arriving by 12:15 will be assured a place to play. Each player pays $1 to play and those finishing in the top four scores will be awarded prize money the following week. Play begins at 12:30 after brief announcements.

On June 9, Donna Gorman provided homemade cake and ice cream in celebration of her upcoming birthday. She and Mary Holder served the refreshments. Melinda Cowan provided a variety of snacks.

June 9 winners: Alma Zamzow and Mary Holder tied for first place with perfect scores of 847, each earning stars; Lynne Sorum, 846, second; Marie McGuire, 825, third; Bob Berry, 830, fourth. Myrna Baker’s 28 point hand earned a special monetary award.
