Karaoke Club Karaoke Club

Anyone can try out or practice a karaoke song on Monday afternoons upstairs in Clubhouse 6 from 1-3 p.m.

It’s a small, encouraging gathering where singers can experiment with a or song without feeling intimidated.

The Karaoke Club’s songbooks offer a huge variety of music from which to choose.

On Aug. 19, the club’s weekly Wednesday karaoke party was lively in Clubhouse 1 from 5:30-9:30 p.m.

Mariza Joaquin loves music with a beat that gets everyone swaying along with her. Everyone loves singing duets with Vinny Correnti and his strong voice. Carol Guggino and Shirlene Wallis shared the mic singing a catchy tune. Peppy Joan Rosenberg always rocks with her songs. Richard Yokomi delivered another smooth number. “Blue Velvet” was a popular choice for Robert Allen. Julie Nulad calmed the group with her selection after Vito Villamor had the room moving to “Elvira.”

Forty performers provided a wonderful variety of music, laughter and fun for everyone. All are welcome to join the fun.
