CDs for Seniors

The CDs for Seniors Club will hold a members-only potluck on Tuesday, Aug. 25, in Clubhouse 3, Room 2, at noon. Loni Gardette, a long-time CDs for Seniors member, shared background information on the smooth jazz saxophonist, Kenny G at the club’s last meeting. Besides creating sultry sounds, Kenny G also holds the record for the longest note ever played on a saxophone, sustaining an E-flat for 45 minutes and 47 seconds using a technique called circular breathing.
