LEISURE WORLD CARES FUND

The Leisure World Cares Fund introduced itself to the community late last year. Since then, based on the number of donors who have come forward, there has been a lot of support for its mission to help provide housing security to Leisure World residents. However, there has been a slow down in the number of applicants coming forward to apply for the available aid.

Those who have held back from applying should know that every application is kept confidential and all supporting documentation is returned to the applicant after review. The applications are reviewed by a small team of people practice in preserving the dignity of applicants.

Qualified applicants are awarded up to $200 per month for a 12-month period, which may be renewed after an annual review.
