Concerned Shareholders Club

The momentum continues to build for the Concerned Shareholders Club, as the past few months have demonstrated what can be achieved when engaged residents come together with a shared purpose: improving the LW community.

At its most recent meeting on March 26, members had the opportunity to hear directly from guest speaker GRF Security Director Victor Rocha, who provided insight into the current state and future direction of the Leisure World security force.

Among topics discussed was the expansion of the Leisure World Security team. Security is preparing to begin hiring part-time officers, a long-anticipated step. These positions will be open to LW shareholders, creating an opportunity for residents to play a direct role in supporting and strengthening the community.

These accomplishments underscore a simple but powerful truth: when shareholders come together, stay informed, and take action, meaningful progress follows. The Concerned Shareholders Club welcomes all residents who want to be part of that progress.
