Seal Beach and GRF leaders celebrate revival of LW Lions Club

The Leisure World Seal Beach Lions Club held its inaugural meeting on April 2 in a full room in Clubhouse 2. Members of the Seal Beach Lions Club and the City of Seal Beach attended the meeting, including Seal Beach Mayor Lisa Landau and City Council members Ben Wong and Nathan Steele.
During the meeting, new members were inducted into the club by Lions Club District Governor Roger Mahaffey, promising to serve and honor their community. President Jim Thomason, Vice President Bruce Vircks and Secretary/Treasurer Brenda Thomason were installed as officers. The club began planning for upcoming events in Leisure World as well as collaborating with the Seal Beach Lions Club chapter. The club welcomes new members.
