Assembly of God’s sermon series on the parables will continue with a message from Pastor Chuck Franco titled, “An Expensive Pearl.” There are certain things for which one is willing to pay a great amount of money, as its value warrants the investment. Matthew 13:34-35 uses a rare pearl and a merchant to explain a spiritual principle in this sermon, one thing which is valued above anything else.

The Wednesday Bible study begins a new series on the Holy Spirit, titled “The Familiar Stranger,” presented by pastor and teacher Tyler Staton. Pastor Staton brings understanding and relevance to the activity of the third person of the trinity in modern culture. Even Christians steeped in tradition and those who have walked their faith journeys for many years grapple with some of the explanations of the Holy Spirit given through the years.
