LW Democratic Club’s hospitality booth will be open today, Aug. 20, outside Clubhouse 6 from 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Beginning in September, the booth will be open every Tuesday. In October, the booth will be open every Tuesday and Thursday. The club anticipates that there will many questions surrounding the upcoming election and wants to be as available as possible. On Wednesday, Aug. 26, the Democratic Club will welcome the Democratic candidate for California State Senate District 36, Chris Duncan, as the featured speaker at 1:30 p.m. in Clubhouse 3, Room 2. People can come early and bring a lunch to enjoy great conversation with fellow Democrats and friends. Light snacks will be served.

The momentum behind the LW Democratic Club’s current fundraiser has been nothing short of inspiring, thanks to the generous community. The support drives real, tangible progress that directly backs local operations and powering endorsed candidates to victory. The LW Democratic Club will begin canvassing for the upcoming election soon for what hopes to be its biggest, most effective door-to-door drive ever.

The Lunch Bunch will meet at the Hof ’s Hut off Seal Beach Boulevard at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 2. It provides an opportunity for members to enjoy a good meal, great conversation, and share the company of like-minded friends and neighbors.
