Joyful Line Dance
The Joyful Line Dance Club meets on Thursdays in Clubhouse 2 from 10 a.m.-noon. The first hour of the class is for beginners to intermediate dancers. After a briefbreak, the second hour of the class is for more advanced dancers. People are welcome to stay for the full class to become more familiar with the dances. Between NakSoo Kim, Albert Comia and other volunteers who step in to teach, the club has seen a steady attendance of up to 75 members weekly.
On July 23, the Joyful Line Dance Club will host a summer line dance party in Clubhouse 2 at 10 a.m. with a Korean bento box for lunch that includes teriyaki bulgogi, jeon and vegetables. The lunch is $10 for members and $20 for nonmembers. Last day to sign up is July 16.
People must be members of the club to take classes, and sign in with their names, Mutual and unit numbers. Annual membership is $20 and cannot be prorated. Exercise shoes are recommended. Everyone is welcome.
