Clubhouse 6 Roofing Project

On May 14, Fontaine Roofing began reroofing Clubhouse 6, which houses the Hospitality Center, Fitness Center and table tennis areas. Work is expected to be completed by the end of June. A portion of the Clubhouse 6 parking lot will be closed for the duration of the project in order to stage a temporary construction yard for materials, cranes and roofing demolition supplies.

The roof has reached the end of its useful life, according to the Reserve Study. The GRF Board approved the project on Feb. 24.

People should exercise caution in the area, and inside of Clubhouse 6 as crews and heavy machinery will be present. Drivers should follow all posted detour signage.
