Resident left eggs burning in a pan on stove; smoke only.

Resident burnt chicken while cooking; smoke only.
MISDEMEANOR THEFT (under $950): 7
•April 5, 2:30 p.m., Mutual 5
A resident reported a person removed the registration, insurance card and golf set from their unlocked vehicle.
•April 13, 2:06 p.m., 1.8 Acres
A resident reported missing property from the garden area.
•April 15, 4:20 p.m., 1.8 Acres
A resident reported two heads of lettuce were missing from resident’s plot.

A resident reported spices were missing from their plot.

A resident reported his walker was missing. He later called Security and stated he found the walker.

A resident reported a fan was missing, and then recovered the fan from a neighbor.

A person reported a lawn chair was missing from the community garden.

A resident reported a tall man drove off with his mobility scooter in the morning. The scooter was found by Security on resident’s patio.

A resident reported missing the registration and insurance papers, plus musical accessories, radio and amplifier from the resident’s car.

A resident complained of loud music coming from a vehicle. The car occupant reduced the volume.

A resident was attempting to park her vehicle when she struck a parked vehicle.

A resident in a vehicle struck another car entering the gate.

Two moving vehicles collided at the Main Gate area.

A resident struck a parked vehicle while reversing.

An unknown person in a vehicle struck a parked vehicle and fled the scene.
• April 21, midnight, North Gate
A resident’s son drove through the locked North Gate and fled the scene. He was later found and taken to the hospital.
•April 24, 11:51 a.m., Clubhouse 4 parking lot An unknown person struck a parked vehicle and fled the scene.

A resident called and made numerous complaints regarding the care received from the OC Fire Department and area hospitals regarding his medical needs.

Residents were involved in a domestic dispute. Seal Beach
Police were called to keep the peace.

Security assisted Mutual director with a dumping issue.

Ongoing resident dispute regarding a variety of issues.

A resident reported hearing voices outside of her unit.

A resident observed a suspicious person entering another unit. He was the son of a resident living in the unit, who was at the scene. Security discussed policy regarding being at the unit without the parents present.

A resident reported a loud noise from groups, disturbing a meeting. The groups reduced the volume.

Ongoing calls from resident regarding her blood pressure numbers.

Reports of a person possibly feeding wildlife in the Mutual.
