The application deadline for GRF Board is today, March 26

The GRF Board application window for even-numbered Mutuals closes today, March 26. The deadline for Mutual 12 shareholders to apply for their Mutual Board is March 30, and for Mutuals 5 and 15—March 31.

The Mutual boards manage the daily operations of each Mutual corporation. Mutual directors address the issues of most importance to their electorate—the shareholders.

GRF Board directors find solutions to existing problems, large and small. It takes time, effort, and willingness for people to unselfishly donate their personal time to the community in which they live. Those who are willing to dedicate their time to the improvement of this community are welcome to submit their applications for their Mutual or Golden Rain Foundation board of directors by the deadline noted above.

Table Notes *If the date to apply as a candidate falls on a Saturday or Sunday, applications may be picked up the previous Friday.

**If a deadline falls on a weekend, applications will be accepted the following Monday. Candidate applications must be received in Stock Transfer Office by no later than 4 p.m. on the deadline day.

***If the date to mail ballots (30 days before the election) falls on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the ballots will be mailed the previous Thursday.
