Exploring LWSB.com— two helpful hints to stay informed

Many residents aren’t aware of the tools available on the Leisure World website that make it easier to find information quickly. Here are two simple features worth trying.

Tip #1: Search GRF Rules and Regulations Residents can search the full GRF Rules and Regulations document directly from the GRF website at lwsb.com.

• Sign into the resident portal at lwsb.com.

• Confirm you are on the GRF site, not your Mutual site.

• Open Community Information and select Rules and Regulations.

• At the top of the page, click the blue underlined Rules and Regulations link to download the full document (about 300 pages).

• Once open, use your device’s search function (for example, Command+F on an Apple iPad or computer, or Control + F on a PC computer).

• Type a keyword such as “pet ownership” and use the arrows to move through each occurrence in the document.

This makes it easy to locate specific rules without scrolling through hundreds of pages.

Tip #2: Access Board Agendas and Minutes A new feature on the website provides quick access to past and present GRF Board agendas, minutes, and summaries.

• Sign into the resident portal.

• Confirm you are on the GRF site.

• Open Community Information and select GRF Board Minutes. You’ll find documents going back to 2020, all in one place.

These tools make it easier for residents to find the information they need.
