An unknown person removed baby Jesus from manger display.

A resident reported an unknown person entered a vehicle. No items were missing at the time of the report.

An unknown person entered a vehicle and removed three pairs of sunglasses.

A resident discovered his tire flat and believed someone had done it on purpose.

A dog was reported to be on a 30-foot leash. The dog and the owner were not found.

A resident stated six days earlier a dog bit her leg. No other injuries were reported, and the dog owner was not identified.

A resident complained of a barking dog. The dog was found alone in unit barking, and Security issued a pet citation.

TRAFFIC INCIDENTS: 5

•Jan. 13, 6:10 p.m., Golden Rain Road

A resident struck another resident driver on the rear bumper.

•Jan. 14, 10:30 a.m., St. Andrews Drive and Golden Rain Road A commercial truck struck the traffic light signal pole.

•Jan. 20, 9:25 a.m., Main Gate

A vehicle struck the plastic barrel at the Main Gate.

•Jan. 20, 12:10 p.m., 1300 Block El Dorado Drive

An unknown driver struck a parked vehicle and fled the scene.

•Jan. 24, 1:50 p.m., El Dorado Drive and Golden Rain Road A resident driving a golf cart struck a bicyclist.

NOISE COMPLAINTS: 11

Ongoing complaint of noise from neighboring unit. No noise detected.

•Jan. 7, 10:44 p.m., Mutual 4

Ongoing complaint of noise from neighboring unit. No noise detected.

Residents were in a verbal altercation over loud music. Security kept the peace.

•Jan. 12, 1:19 p.m., Mutual 10

Ongoing complaint of noise from neighboring unit. No noise detected.

•Jan. 12, 5:18 p.m., Mutual 9 A resident complained about loud music. The neighbor reduced the volume when asked.

A resident reported neighbor banging on the walls. No noise detected.

Ongoing noise complaints regarding a variety of issues.

A resident complained neighbors banging on the walls; neighbor advised.

A resident complained of a neighbor’s loud TV. The neighbor was advised and reduced the volume.

A husband and wife were in a verbal altercation regarding a gun. Police were called to keep the peace.

•Jan. 2, 11:45 a.m., Mutual 8

A resident notified Security of a man with a knife in a sheath on his belt and believed it was a threatening. Security went to location and the man was no longer at scene. No crime occurred.

•Jan. 7, 12:28 p.m., Mutual 2

Ongoing resident issue regarding neighbor’s behavior.

•Jan. 8, 12:45 p.m., Mutual 1

A resident was involved in a verbal altercation with caregiver. Police called to keep the peace.

•Jan. 13, 3:40 p.m., Aquatic Center A male resident stated two weeks ago an unknown person took his picture in the shower.

•Jan. 14, 3:22 p.m., Mutual 12

A resident observed a neighbor’s open door. Security searched unit, found no one home,and secured the unit.

•Jan. 17, 7:14 a.m., Mutual 2

A resident laid an extension cord across a sidewalk to charge a vehicle, which is a GRF violation.

•Jan. 18, 7:17 p.m., Aquatic Center Resident verbally abused a GRF employee.

•Jan. 20, 3:30 p.m., Mutual 9

A resident returned home and found her unit unlocked.

•Jan. 21, 10:18 a.m. Mutual 2

A visitor was found sleeping in truck.

•Jan. 21, 5:25 p.m., Mutual 1

A resident reported issues of paranormal activity inside unit.

A resident and vendor were in disagreement over work. Security kept the peace.

Security escorted an unruly member from a meeting.

•Jan. 22, 6:14 p.m., Mutual 1

A resident reported an unknown person on his patio. No person was found.

•Jan. 24, 1:20 a.m., Pharmacy

The door to the pharmacy was left open. Security closed the door and advised the pharmacy staff.

•Jan. 27, 2 a.m., Mutual 11

A resident wanted her caregiver to leave. The caregiver left the unit.

•Jan. 27, 2:44 a.m., Mutual 4

A resident stated she heard noises outside her unit. No person found.

•Jan. 28, 5:23 a.m., Mutual 2

A resident reported neighbor charging electric vehicles with cords on the sidewalk.

•Jan. 31, 5:01 p.m., Mutual 10

A resident complained of smells near her unit.

•Jan. 31, 4:41 p.m., Mutual 3

A resident and caregiver were in a dispute over a check. Security kept the peace.
