Sunshine Club

Krista Peterson will speak to the Sunshine Club on Friday, Feb. 13, in Clubhouse 3, Room 2, at 10 a.m.

Peterson is the founder of Home Roots, a home and lifestyle support service designed to help older adults simplify daily life and create a greater sense of calm and ease at home.

During her talk, Peterson will share practical tips on time management, staying focused on daily to-dos, and simple reminders system, along with helpful guidance on email and online security to reduce the risk of scams and computer viruses.

Through Home Roots, Peterson pairs each client with a dedicated personal assistant who provides consistent, personalized support to help them stay organized, manage daily responsibilities, and clear mental load so they can focus more on the activities and relationships that bring them happiness and joy.

Services include practical assistance with errands and appointments, grocery ordering, computer and online assistance, home organization such as decluttering or downsizing, and friendly companionship or outing support to help clients stay active, engaged, and confident in their routines.
