General: Presentation—Solar Subcommittee Report:

PRESENTED the Solar Subcommittee Report as presented in the Board packet.

Addition of Handicap Unisex Bathroom: MOVED to award a contract to PIP at a cost of $63,900 for an addition of a ADA unisex bathroom in Clubhouse 4, adding a 10% contingency and $8,500 for an automatic door, for a total cost not to exceed $78,790.00, Capital Funding, authorize the President to sign the contract, authorize management to transfer the funds as necessary per California Civil Code 5502, and to add the ADA unisex bathroom to the Reserve Study.

Reserve Funding: HVAC Clubhouse 2—Unit No. 3:

MOVED to award a contract to Greenwood Heating and Air for the replacement of the HVAC Clubhouse 2 Unit No. 3 for a cost not to exceed $12,100, which includes a 10% contingency, and authorize the President to sign the contract and authorize management to transfer the funds as necessary per California Civil Code 5502.

Governing Documents: Amend Policy 14-2115-2, Copy and Supply Center Fees: MOVED to approve the amendments to Policy 14-2115-2, updating its name to Copy Center Fees.

Governing Documents: Renumber Policy 15-5231-1, Donations to the Golden Rain Foundation: MOVED to renumber Policy 15-5231-1, Donations to the Golden Rain Foundation to 65-5231-1, Donations to the Golden Rain Foundation, reassigning the policy from the Administration Committee to the Finance Committee.
