GRF executive director to speak to club Friday

GRF Executive Director David Norvell will speak to the Sunshine Club on Friday, Jan. 30, in Clubhouse 4, at 10 a.m.

Norvell began his position as GRF executive director on Dec. 3. His experience includes running a large homeowners association (HOA) management company and leading the legal department responsible for HOA development at a national home builder.

Throughout his career, Norvell has been recognized for his strategic leadership, conflict resolution skills and ability to guide complex organizations through change.

His primary focus will be on the long-term operational and fiscal health of the GRF, ensuring resources are managed efficiently while prioritizing homeowner value and quality of life, he said. This includes guiding the organization’s strategic needs, balancing sound business judgment with the expectations of the homeowners, and fostering objective, professional working relationships with staff, homeowners and vendors.
