Concerned Shareholders

The Concerned Shareholders Club will meet today, Jan. 22, at 1 p.m. in Clubhouse 3, Room 2, with GRF Senior Director of Mutual Administration Jodi Hopkins.

Hopkins will speak about Mutual Administration and Stock Transfer Office operations. All shareholders are encouraged to attend.

The meeting will also outline plans and goals for 2026 and begin discussion of the upcoming election season.

The Concerned Shareholders Club is preparing for the upcoming elections for all even-numbered Mutuals (see elections schedule on page 5). Members are encouraged to speak with neighbors and friends and encourage those who want to consider running for office.

The club’s priority is to help elect people who place shareholder interests first and make decisions based on what is best for the community as a whole. The club will provide guidance, engagement, and fundraising support for selected candidates.
