Update LW Live Preferences

Subscribers can now customize their LW Live emails by topic. On Jan. 1, existing subscribers were migrated to the “LW Essentials” list, which contains information about traffic and safety alerts, community notices, amenity updates and more.

To continue receiving email alerts related to GRF dances, Recreation events, health information, food truck menus and more, residents must update their email preferences.

To do this, simply press “Update Profile” on the bottom of any LW Live email. The subscriber will then receive a link via email that will allow them to update their profile.
