Six Ways To Pay Assessments

There are many ways for shareholders to make their assessment payments:

1. ACH (Auto pay): Shareholders can set up an ACH transfer with their banking institution. This allows the GRF to automatically withdraw your monthly assessment directly from your checking account on or around the fifth of every month.

2. Drop Box: Shareholders can drop their check in the 24-hour drop box located on the outside of the Administration Building next to the double doors labeled “Reception.”

3. Walk In: Shareholders can walk into the Administration Building Reception area and hand their payment (check, money order or cash) directly to the cashier. Walk-ins are accepted Monday-Friday, from 9 a.m.-4 p.m., excluding holidays.

4. Mail to GRF: Shareholders can mail their payment to: P.O. Box 2069, Seal Beach, CA 90740. (Note: There may be a delay as USPS delivery times can be unpredictable.)

5. Mail to Lockbox: Shareholders can mail their payment to: P.O. Box 610310, San Jose, CA 95161. (Note: Payments sent to the San Jose location can take up to three weeks to post. Shareholders who prefer to mail their payments are urged to use the Seal Beach P.O. Box listed above.)

6. CINC Resident Portal: Shareholders can make payments by e-check or credit card in CINC. Paying this way will incur a CINC processing fee.
