Concerned Shareholders

The Concerned Shareholders Club will meet on Thursday, Jan. 22, in Clubhouse 3, Room 2, at 1 p.m.

Jodi Hopkins, GRF senior director of Mutual Administration will speak about Mutual Administration, and the Stock Transfer office operation. All shareholders are encouraged to attend.

The meeting will also outline plans and goals for 2026 and begin discussion of the upcoming election season. The club is preparing for the upcoming elections for all even-numbered Mutuals. Members are encouraged to speak with neighbors and friends in even-numbered Mutuals and invite those who may be interested to consider running for office. The club’s priority is to help elect individuals who place shareholder interests first and make decisions based on what is best for the community as a whole. The club will provide guidance, engagement, and fundraising support for selected candidates.
