Meals on Wheels of Long Beach, Inc., delivers fresh meals for $11.50 per day Monday-Friday, between 10:30 a.m.12:30 p.m. Deliveries include an 8-ounce carton of 1% milk.

Sweet and sour pork, seasoned egg noodles, spinach, mixed vegetables, banana pudding with wafers, tuna salad sandwich with spinach and tomato, and marinated tomato and onion salad.
Tuesday, Dec. 23
Roasted beef with gravy, green beans, mashed garlic potatoes, holiday gingerbread cake, chicken Caesar salad with dressing and crackers.
Wednesday, Dec. 24, and Thursday, Dec. 25 No service. Closed in observance of Christmas.
