GRF bylaws available for review

GOVERNANCE

Updated GRF bylaws, which serve as a legal guide for community governance and operations, are now available for all residents to access on the resident portal, CINC.

The GRF Board updated the antiquated bylaws earlier this year to modernize the 1960s-era document.

Changes were mostly minor, such as adding gender-neutral language, reducing redundancies and reviewing compliance requirements that change over the years.
