Assembly of God
Psalm 103, written by King David, proclaims praise for God in every facet of life. It reflects the experiences of David living through trying times politically, spiritually and physically. The lesson from this Psalm is people need to praise God in every circumstance. In the good, we praise Him for his blessing. In the trying times, we praise Him for his nearness, guidance and comfort. Pastor Chuck brings the message titled “I Will Give Him Praise,” Sunday, Nov. 30.
Wednesday Bible study, “What Does the Bible Say?” continues with “Why Did God’s People Wait?” Why does God ask his people to wait? What can be gained by waiting? Answers to these and many other questions will be discussed at 10 a.m. in Clubhouse 3, Room 2.
