Annual Christmas tree lighting is Dec. 3 at Veterans Plaza

GRF HOLIDAY EVENTS

The Recreation Department invites residents, families and friends to celebrate the start of the holiday season at its annual Christmas Tree Lighting and the grand arrival of Santa, featuring a full evening of performances and festive activities for all ages.

The celebration begins at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 3. Hula dancers will kick off the event with a joyful island inspired performance. After, Just Us 4 Quartet will perform a show filled with holiday classics.

Santa will lead the crowd in a countdown to the official lighting of the Christmas tree. Guests are invited to stay for photos with Santa. Complimentary refreshments will be served.
