Editor:

During the past eight years Stephanie Louison, a GRF Client Services Associate, and I have been interfacing regularly regarding a variety of issues probably considered by most residents as a long list of unusual subjects. I’ve asked her how to submit a document request to GRF, what is my unit parcel ID number needed to file a homestead on my unit, and how do I order my Mutual’s regulations now that this information is not available on the public internet. In each interface with Stephanie, she has provided me with correct information. Her exceptionally high level of job performance excellence is itself unusual. Thank you, Stephanie Louison, for all of the excellent help you have provided to me.
