Cribbage Club

The Cribbage Club meets every Tuesday at noon in Clubhouse 1. Refreshments are served each week from noon-12:15 and anyone arriving by 12:15 will be assured a place to play. Each player pays $1 to play and those finishing in the top four scores will be awarded prize money the following week. A total of seven games are played.

On Nov. 11, Sandy Demers provided cupcakes and Melinda Cowan provided mixed nuts, candies and pretzels. The club welcomed Barbie Straub as a new member.

Nov. 11 winners: Don Kramer, 844, first place; Maureen Habel, 837, second; Sandy Demers, 828, third; Bob Berry, 822, fourth.

Cleo Looney achieved a 28-point hand. She will be awarded special prize money. A 29-point hand is the highest possible hand one can get and is very rarely achieved.
