MESSAGE FROM THE GRF PRESIDENT

The Golden Rain Foundation’s Client Services Department consists of a dedicated five-member team, including the cashier and the Copy Center employee.
As GRF’s primary customer service hub, this department is the first point of contact for residents, handling incoming phone calls, emails, walk-ins and online inquiries.
Client Services assists residents with a broad range of needs—providing accurate information, issuing guidance, processing requests, and resolving concerns.
The team plays a central role in ensuring residents receive timely, professional, and courteous service, and their work is essential in maintaining GRF’s service standards while fostering positive and supportive interactions with members.
