Assembly of God
The work Jesus accomplished on the cross is as effective today as it was 2,000 years ago. It was once, for all people, covering all sin, for all time. There is nothing to add, nothing to adjust, nothing to change. Romans 3:23 states all have sinned and fallen short of God’s standard, and it would be a sad and hopeless story if that were the end of it. Pastor Chuck Franco will speak about the assurance of forgiveness and a restored relationship with God through Jesus’ finished work through his death and resurrection on Sunday, Nov. 9.
The Wednesday Bible study begins a new session of the Essentials of Faith series at 10 a.m. in Clubhouse 3, Room 2. This study focuses on the fundamental beliefs and practices of the Christian faith. It stimulates thought-provoking discussion and offers practical life application for modern-day disciples of Christ.
