American Legion Unit 327

The American Legion Unit 327 has been asked by American Legion District 29’s President Cindy Eades to host the November District meeting in Leisure World. Representatives from all 16 units in Orange County will present their programs on what they have done to serve veterans and their families. The meeting will be held on Saturday, Nov. 8, in Clubhouse 3, Room 1, at 10 a.m. A light breakfast will be served by the Auxiliary membership. People can arrive a few minutes early for coffee and refreshments.

All Leisure World residents are welcome to attend the meeting to learn what the American Legion does for veterans and their families as well as the several volunteer positions for members.

Members are requested to call Carolyn van Aalst at 562-3438424 to volunteer to coordinate the food and set up the room.
