Scrabble Club plays Wednesdays from 1-4 p.m.

The Leisure World Scrabble Club meets every Wednesday from 1-4 p.m. in Clubhouse 3, Room 5. The club met on Sept. 24 and on the first three Wednesdays in October.

Suthy Edgar led with 17 bingos and nine scores above 300—six of them higher than 400. Her scores ranged from 312-453. Diane Seeger also topped 300 nine times, with four bingos and two scores higher than 400. Her range was from 319-427. Each of them had a score of 264 in a three-way game, the equivalent to a 396 in a two-way game.

Larry Edgar had 10 scores above 300 and five bingos. His totals ranged from 302-386. Jim Schneiderman topped 300 eight times, with a range from 309-438. Kay Pushman bettered 300 five times, with a range of 301-365. Sue Ann Gass had four scores above 300, which ranged from 309-348. Sylvia Makus topped 300 three times, with a range from 317-351. Donna Perkins had one bingo and scores that ranged from 319-341. Myrna Loscuadro posted a score of 314, with one bingo.
