Costumes welcome at karaoke party

All are welcome to join a karaoke party on Oct. 29 from 5:30-9:30 p.m. Costumes are encouraged. The club will celebrate the holiday with songs, laughs and treats.

Wednesday night karaoke parties continue to draw a full house of talented singers. On Oct. 15, Fanny Noble delivered a lovely rendition of “Don’t Close Your Eyes.” Stephanie Burkland, a newcomer to Leisure World, sang “Will You Love Me Tomorrow.” Kyung Ju left the audience awed with “Don’t Cry for Me Argentina.” To introduce Halloween, Elizabeth Butterfield performed a spirited “Spooky.”
