Setting It Straight

At its last meeting, the GRF Board approved a proposal to reduce the annual Community Gardens plot fee from $150 to $75. The new price is not in effect yet, pending a 28-day notification to residents (see the Oct. 2 edition for specific information). The change is expected to be finalized at an upcoming board meeting.

••• The GRF Board Highlights story (Oct. 2) misstated the number of TPUF-related transfers expected in 2026. The correct number is 520. There are 1.3 TPUFs paid for each unit, and 400 units are anticipated to be sold in 2026.

••• The pedestrian phase of the traffic light at Golden Rain Road and St. Andrews Drive is 40 seconds, not 46 seconds as stated in the Board Highlights story (Oct. 2).
