1 Corinthians 12:27 says “All of you together are Christ’s body, and each of you is a part of it.”

All believers are part of Christ’s body, the church. The Apostle Paul explains earlier in the same letter, “But now indeed there are many members, yet one body. And the eye cannot say to the hand, ‘I have no need of you;’ nor again the head to the feet, ‘I have no need of you.’ No, much rather, those members of the body which seem to be weaker are necessary,” 1 Corinthians 12:20-22.

It takes many unique parts to make a whole, and the whole is just not the same without one person. The whole cannot function completely without all the parts. Everyone has unique gifts and abilities, and all are equally important. It’s the differences in those gifts that make everything come together.

Join Faith Christian Assembly for service this Sunday, Oct. 12, to worship together, hear a biblical message, and enjoy fellowship afterward. Service time is 10:30 a.m. The Bible Study is on Wednesdays at 11 a.m. There is also a men’s and women’s group that meet once a month.
