Fear is a paralyzing emotion, whether it is real or imagined. When the world seems out of control, fear can insidiously invade people’s thoughts and create havoc. Bible-believing and rooted disciples of Jesus have no reason to fear. They might be vigilant and aware, putting on the full armor of God daily, but not fearful. The God who has never failed will not fail now. Pastor Chuck Franco will preach a message from Psalm 118:5-6 titled “No More Fear,” on Sunday, Oct. 12.

The Wednesday Bible study is on session three of “How Are We Changed?” with this week’s study titled “What is Our Identity in Christ?” Eric Mason leads students to understand the transformation in one’s life when they not only believe but actively follow Christ.

LW Assembly of God meets on Sundays at 10:30 a.m. in Clubhouse 3, Room 2. The Wednesday Bible study meets at 10 a.m. in Clubhouse 3, Room 2. The Hymn Sing is held on the fourth Sunday of the month at 6 p.m. in the Clubhouse 3 Lobby.
