Interim Executive Director Dave Potter explains how the foundation makes decisions about its fiscal budget. Potter covers the performance of the 2025 budget and how departments predict their future expenses.

The budget process is currently underway, and the GRF Board is expected to approve the budget in October. Different departments’ budgets are discussed at the committee level.
