New Class: Fused Glass Suncatcher

The Lapidary and Jewelry Club will offer a new fused glass class on Wednesday, Oct. 8, from 9:30 a.m.-noon. in the Lapidary and Jewelry Studio. Students will learn how to make a 6-by-6 inch framed suncatcher, and students can choose from two designs. The class is taught by Mary Chavez. The $25 fee for the class includes all supplies. The class is limited to six people and is only offered to Leisure World residents. Sign-up sheets are available in the Lapidary and Jewelry Studio in Clubhouse 4.
